Scott Miller is a cinematographer known for his work on narrative films.

His films have played at Sundance, Tribeca, Deauville, and SXSW festivals.

He studied light as a gaffer under many DoP’s, including, Jim Denault, Tim Orr, Terry Stacey, and Darius Khondji, based out of the New York independent scene.

His work has included musicals, “The Living Wake” and “Stingray Sam”, comedic representations, “Ordinary World” and “Who Invited Charlie”, & dramatic storytelling, with films “Sophie Jones” and “A Little Prayer”.

In addition to filmmaking, Scott writes and plays music whenever he can.  He keeps a practice painting and working with sculpture.  

Somewhere, these pursuits intertwine, for him, and are connected with expression he feels fortunate and compelled to do, creating images, music, objects- storytelling.
